Children’s Products: How is their product liability different?

We all care for safety, but when it comes to the safety of children, it’s a different story – rules are stricter and liabilities are more elaborate. A survey found that 81% of women and 43% of men have experienced sexual harassment in their lifetime. In the workplace, sexual harassment remains to be a serious problem, with 81% of employees believing that it happens in their place of work. The Department of State defines sexual harassment as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when: An employment decision affecting that individual is made because the individual submitted to or rejected the unwelcome.
